My Braun product has developed a fault, what should I do?

Is your Braun product within the 2 year manufacturer warranty period?

Should your Braun product develop a fault within two years of purchasing it will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the terms of your warranty.

If you have a receipt for proof of purchase this is the ideal. If this is not available we are able to use the production code printed on the product. This advises the date the product was manufacturered. If within 2 years of the reported fault it will qualify for a free of charge, under warranty repair.

Is your Braun product outside the 2 year manufacturer warranty period?

Should your Braun product develop a fault after two years from the point of purchase we offer a free repair estimate service, based on which you may decide on the best course of action.

How long will the process take?

In both cases we aim to process your returned product within 24 hours of receipt. Should we have any questions or you are requesting an estimate we will be in contact, otherwise your Braun product will be serviced, restored to full working order and returned to you.
